Ginny Bites was founded in 2015 by Virginia (Ginny). Raised in a family with the rich culinary influences of her father from Texas/Key West, mother from Louisiana, and Italian grandmother (just to name a few), Ginny brings a fusion of Cuban, Cajun, and old-school family flavors to the Ginny Bites kitchen. We opened our doors on Main St. Anoka in February 2024. Come on by for your slice of the south!
